MM-DL itself (its code, design, and branding) is the intellectual property of Bismaya, © 2026. All rights reserved. The underlying download engine is powered by yt-dlp, which is licensed under the Unlicense (public domain).

All third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced within MM-DL (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, Vimeo, Reddit, Twitch, SoundCloud, Dailymotion, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. MM-DL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MM-DL is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bismaya expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
