Note: MM-DL does not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted content. It is a tool that facilitates downloading from third-party platforms. Copyright enforcement should be directed to those platforms directly.

1. Copyright Respect Policy

MM-DL respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. We are committed to complying with applicable copyright laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of the United States and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.

MM-DL is a tool, not a content host. It does not store, cache, or redistribute any video or audio content. All content is downloaded directly from the source platform to the user's own device. We have no ability to control what content users choose to download.

2. User Responsibility

Users of MM-DL are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with applicable copyright law and the terms of service of the source platforms. You must not use MM-DL to:

  • Download, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted works without authorization from the rights holder.
  • Circumvent technological protection measures (TPMs) or digital rights management (DRM) systems.
  • Infringe upon the exclusive rights of copyright owners, including reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works.

Misuse of MM-DL for copyright infringement is a violation of our Terms of Use and may expose users to civil and criminal liability.

3. Third-Party Platform Enforcement

Since MM-DL does not host any content, copyright holders seeking to remove infringing content should contact the platforms where that content is hosted:

If you believe that MM-DL itself (its code, design, or any content on this site) infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material on MM-DL that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

MM-DL reserves the right to terminate access to the Service for users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.

7. Trademark Notice

All third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed within MM-DL — including but not limited to YouTube™, Instagram™, Facebook™, TikTok™, Twitter™/X™, Vimeo™, Reddit™, Twitch™, SoundCloud™, and Dailymotion™ — are the property of their respective owners.

Their display within MM-DL is solely for descriptive and informational purposes to indicate platform compatibility. MM-DL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies or platforms.

All images, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. MM-DL claims no ownership over any third-party intellectual property displayed on this site.

8. Fair Use

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under the doctrine of fair use, fair dealing, or equivalent provisions under applicable copyright law. MM-DL acknowledges that certain uses of copyrighted material — such as commentary, criticism, education, and research — may be permissible without authorization from the rights holder.
